Vicki Lynn (Bridgewater) Howard, age 70 of Williamsport, IN, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Vicki was born on December 3, 1953 in Terre Haute, IN. She was the daughter of William and Mary Wood Bridgewater. She lived in Terre Haute until 1963 when her family moved to Williamsport. Vicki attended Williamsport Schools. She married Steven Ray Howard on April 24, 1969 in Heartsville, TN and he preceded her in death on September 8, 2021.

Vicki enjoyed her role as a homemaker. She previously attended Judyville Methodist Church and was currently an active member of Wabash Valley Bible Baptist Church. She enjoyed working at His Mission when it was in Williamsport.

Surviving are:

2 children, Steven M. Howard (Marie) of Lafayette, IN, and Vicki J. McPike (Jack) of Williamsport, IN;

1 sister, Cindy Cooper of West Terre Haute, IN;

7 grandchildren, Joey Howard, Jordan McPike, Zackary McPike, Collen VanVactor, Heather Collins, Daniel Hunley, and Nikki Thieke;

16 great grandchildren

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Billy Bridgewater and Tom Bridgewater; step-father Jim Jenkins; and grandson Billy Anderson.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Cemetery with Pastor J. David Adams officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Wabash Valley Bible Baptist Church. Online condolences may be made at www.gradyfuneralhome.com.
