Tyra L. Duckworth, 44 of Urbana, transitioned from this life at 10:25PM October 27, 2020 at Carle Hospital. A celebration of life will commence at 12Noon, Thursday November 5, 2020 at LSFH-Danville. Officiating Pastor Danny Jenkins. Visitation will begin at 11AM until the start of the service. Burial Spring Hill Cemetery.
A public viewing will commence from 1-5PM Wednesday November 4, 2020 at LSFH-Danville.
