Stone Bluff, Indiana - STONE BLUFF-Scott William Carver, 57, of Stone Bluff, Indiana passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, in his residence. He was a welder for Tru-Flex for 11 years and enjoyed traveling to Poland for work. He was born January 7, 1965, in Danville, Illinois to the late John Carver and Susan Bentley Carver. Survivors include a daughter, Erin (Paul) Hontz of Holland, Michigan; two brothers, Jeff (LaDonna) Carver of Hillsboro and Steven Carver of Newtown; three grandchildren, Nora, Paul David and Amelia Hontz. He was preceded in death by a sister, Gail Carver and a brother, John Carver. He was a 1983 graduate of Fountain Central High School. Scott never left the house without a hat and iced tea in hand and had an endearing quality of finding a nickname for everyone he met. Memorial graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, March 5, at Osborn Prairie Cemetery near Stone Bluff, with the Rev. Gary Johnson officiating. Inurnment will follow.
