Robert "Rob," "Bert," Andrew McNeese, 33, of Gray Court, S.C., passed away at 3:30 a.m. EST Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010, at Newberry County Hospital in Newberry, S.C.. Rob was born on July 4, 1977, in Decatur, Ill., the son of Jerry and Judi (Branham) McNeese.. He is survived by his mother, Judi McNeese of Gray Court, S.C.; two sons, Cody McNeese and Brandon McNeese both of Gray Court, S.C.; Brittany McNeese of Gray Court, S.C.; one brother, Shaun (Lauren) McNeese of Gray Court, S.C.; grandmother, Greta Branham of Simpsonville, S.C.; aunt, Karen Miller of Simpsonville, S.C.; niece and nephew, Brianna and Michael McNeese of New Bern, N.C.; and cousins, Michael Miller of Simpsonville, S.C., and Michael McNeese of Indianola, Ill. He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.. Rob attended New Bern High School in North Carolina. He worked as a plumber/electrician help-er.. He was a member of the Henderson Baptist Church. Rob enjoyed spending his time fishing, hunting and camping.. He also enjoyed collecting knives and guns and had his black belt in karate.. Rob's greatest love was spending time with his children.. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at Sunset's Chapel Mausoleum, with Pastor Scott McCurdy officiating. Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. at the chapel mausoleum. Burial will follow the service in Sunset Memorial Park.
