Patricia D. "Pat" (Creason) McCulloch, 76, passed away Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Westville, Pat was the daughter of the late Clifford and Lucille Creason. Pat worked for Peter Eckrich and Sons for 15 years before working with Job Works - Indiana Workforce Development for 22 years, retiring in 2009. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, cooking, playing cards, and going to garage sales. She loved her family and cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are her sons, Gary McCulloch of Fremont, James McCulloch of Angola, Mark (Regina) McCulloch of Fort Wayne; grandson, Adam McCulloch; granddaughter, Kristina McCulloch; great-grandchildren, Kannon and Kassidy Bontrager; brothers, Clifford (Sarah) Creason, Jr. of Columbia City, Donald (Jane) Creason of Fithian; sisters, Valorie Nickel of Danville and Delores (Lee) McCord of Oakwood; and sister-in-law, Myrna Creason of Danville. Pat was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Glenn Creason, Sr.; mother, Lucille Creason; brother, James Creason; and brother, Earl Creason.

Service is 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at D.O. McComb Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling at the funeral home Friday, Sept. 23, 4-8 p.m. Burial in Jamestown Cemetery, Fremont, Ind.
