Orville L. Brook, 83, formerly of Kingman passed away at his residence Saturday February 4, 2023 in Athens, Alabama.
Orville was born August 3, 1939 the son of William E. and Dorothy Dot (Harriman) Brook. In 1962 he married Vivian Kay Newnum in Cates IN.
Surviving family include his wife, Vivian Kay Brook, Athens, AL; a son, Keith Brook, Bloomington, IN; a daughter, Belinda Brook, Athens, AL; a sister, Vicki Whittington, Crawfordsville, IN; and a grandson Dustin Jean.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Randall Brook.
Orville graduated from Kingman High School. After graduation he served his country in the US Army. He was employed at TeePak/Viscofan in Danville, IL for 36 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Athens, AL.
He enjoyed traveling, fishing, reading books, and riding his bike.
