Martha Mae (Liggett) (Kirsch) Leopold passed away on Feb. 9 at her home at the age of 77.
Martha was born on April 25, 1947 to Virgine and Paul Hill Sr. She found the love of music by being an organist, pianist and vocalist at the Old Second Church of Christ on Bowman Street in Danville,
She married Robert Kirsch at the Second Church of Christ in Danville and the couple moved to Chicago, where they had two daughters and grandkids.
After the loss of Robert in 1993, she married Ron Leopold in 1998.
She is preceded in death by parents Virgine and Paul Hill, Sr. and Robert Kirch. She is survived by brothers Paul (Donna) Hill, Jr. and George Hill.
She is now resting with our Good Lord Jesus Christ.
