Bismarck, Illinois - Judith Anita Seaton, 69, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018, at her home in Bismarck, Ill.
She was born April 10, 1949, to Carl Hunter and Edna Scott Hunter in Vandalia, Ill. They precede her in death.
She is survived by her son, Tim (Joetta) Seaton; seven grandchildren, Brendon, Keziah, Allie, Selah, Faith, Gavin and Isaiah; and siblings Joyce Staff of Vandalia, Joan Butkus of Woodstock, Ill., Carolyn Pinney of Ventura, Calif., and Scott Hunter of St Joseph, Ill.
Judy retired from teaching at Bismarck-Henning Grade School. Judy loved watching Illinois basketball and the Chicago Cubs play.
She also loved to travel and spend as much time as she could with her family. She especially loved her grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family.
A Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 12, at Bismarck United Methodist Church, 204 S. Chicago St., Bismarck, Ill. Officiating will be Pastor Matthew Stump. Inurnment will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center has been entrusted with arrangements.
