Jack L. White, 66, of Tilton, Ill., formerly of Veedersburg, Ind., passed at 8:30 p.m., July 2, 2019, at his home with family by his side.
Jack was born July 20, 1952, in Danville to Clarence and Martha (Thomas) White.
Jack served in the Army during the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971. He was very proud to be a veteran.
He was employed at Lauhoff and retired from the Veedersburg Foundry in 2015.
Jack married Paula Reese June 25, 1993. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jackie (Scott Kopacz) Varner and Janet (Mike) McMasters; and four stepchildren, Jackie Reese, Scott Reese, Johnny (Michelle) Williamson and Edward (Eva) Williamson. He also has four grandchildren, Dustin, Bryce, Brooklynn, Brylee; and many step-grandchildren.
He is survived by two sisters, Grace Hollingsworth, Judy Foley; and three brothers, Paul Miles, Gene and Jimmy White.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and three brothers.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, Danville National Cemetery.
