Harold  Cundiff
Harold W. Cundiff, 94, of Georgetown, Ill., passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Ind.
He was born at home in Danville, Ill., on October 30, 1925, to Bertie and Celesta Atwood Cundiff.
He was a dairy farmer for many years with a registered Jersey herd and also raised red poll cattle. He enjoyed showing cattle. He also served on the Georgetown Fair board as a member as well as a judge for cattle.
He married Gladys Ruth Cundiff on December 17, 1976.
He was a lifetime active member of the Dana Nazarene Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gladys Ruth; siblings, Sylvia Tingley, Goldie Hawn and James Cundiff; and one son, James Cundiff.
He is survived by children, Shirley Haun of Rosedale, Ind., Everett (Pansy) Cundiff of New Lebanon, Ohio, Dan (Sue Etta) Cundiff of Dana, Ind., and Steve (Lisa) Cundiff of Indianola, Ill.; one brother, Clyde Cundiff of St. Bernice, Ind.; and two sisters, Iva Bonebrake of Indianapolis, and Ruby Whittenburg of Chattanooga, Tenn. He also is survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. EST Tuesday, January 14, at Frist Funeral Home in Clinton, Ind. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. EST at the funeral home with Rev. Ronnie Ingram officiating. Burial will follow at Thomas Cemetery in Newport, Ind.
