Earl Arnett Obituary

Earl E. Arnett, 64, of Westville, died at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Earl was born March 27, 1955, in Danville to Ethrie and Dorothy (Steeples) Arnett.

On December 14, 1974, he married Billie Jean Denton. She survives.

He also is survived by a daughter, Stacey (Rob); a son, Johnny (Teresa); four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Gerald (Judy), Marvin (Brenda), Leroy and Junior. He was preceded in death by both parents and two brothers, Stanley and Charlie.

He was a maintenance man for Lebanon Seaboard. He was an avid demo derby driver for 25 years.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Rortvedt Funeral Services is assisting the family.
