Veedersburg, IN - Dennis Earl McMasters passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Dennis was born in Crawfordsville, IN, on December 10, 1948, to the late Earl Verner McMasters and Wanda McMasters Ratcliff. He was raised in Wallace, IN, and graduated from Fountain Central High School in 1966. He retired from Ball Corporation where he worked for 34 years as a forklift driver.

He married Janilee Kay (Rusk) McMasters on March 25, 1972, in Veedersburg, IN. They had three daughters. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.

Surviving is his wife Janilee of Veedersburg; daughters Jennifer (Mark) Summers of Veedersburg, IN, Melissa Woodroffe of Brooksville, FL, and Jessica Bullard of Westfield, IN; four grandchildren: Alexis and Nathan Summers, Ella Woodroffe and Lilia Bullard; sister Linda (Bob) McKinney and; brother Terry (Pauline) McMasters.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 2nd, from 5 to 7 pm, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 303 N. Main Street, Veedersburg, IN. Graveside services will be held at Rockfield Cemetery, Saturday, January 3rd, at 11 a.m. Kevin Wildman will officiate.

In lieu of flowers and plants, the family requests donations be made to Rockfield Cemetery (Checks written out to the cemetery may be mailed to Dickerson Funeral Home). Online condolences may be made to www.dickersonfuneralhome.com.
