Cindy  Highfill
Cindy Highfill, 67, of Crescent City, Fla., went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, December 7, 2019.
Cindy was born in Danville, Ill., to Floyd and Ina Rife.
Her family and church were of great importance. She enjoyed arts and crafts and was affectionately known as Mary Poppins. Cindy also loved to bake. She was a charter member of South Putnam Church in Crescent City.
Cindy worked for Reiter Insurance for 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Rife, and stepfather, Robert F. Griffin.
She is survived by her mother, Ina Griffin of Crescent City, Fla.; husband of 49 years, Randall Highfill; two sons, Jason Highfill and wife, Bobby, Aaron Highfill and wife, Angela; brother, Nate Rife and wife, Cathy, all of Crescent City, Fla.; five grandchildren, Breonna Goodwin, Madison Lima, Cody Highfill, Shane McMurray, Ashley Nootnagel; great-grandson, Liam Goodwin; great-granddaughter, Kinsley Nootnagel; two stepbrothers, Robert Griffin Jr., and wife, Jennifer, and Michael Griffin; two stepsisters, Judy Sweat and husband, Tommy, and Pat Atwood and husband, Kenny.
Cindy's life will be celebrated at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, December 14, at South Putnam Church in Crescent City, Fla., with Pastors Daniel Jones and Brian Baker officiating. Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Center is in charge of the arrangements.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Our hearts and prayers are with the family and friends of Cindy. She always would ask how my boys were. I will miss catching up on our families and talking about Tennessee. She was so helpful at work and was always willing to share her knowledge. Love you Cindy!
