The World lost a sweet soul the morning of August 20, 2022.
April was born to Henry and Linda Ewing on November 17, 1966 in Danville, Illinois.
April loved animals and spent her happiest moments on her farm with her husband Chris. He proceeded her in death in 2007.
Battling multiple health issues, she spent her days writing, doing crosswords and watching her favorite TV shows.
She is survived by her Father, 3 sisters, Laura (Brad) Hill of Danville, Illinois, Julie (Jeff) Myers of Cayuga, Indiana, Sharon (Rod) Fancil of Potomac, Illinois. 2 Brothers Henry Ewing, Jr. Of Danville, Illinois and Mark Jumps of Bismark, Illinois.
She also leaves behind 2 children and several nieces and nephews who love her dearly.
April will be cremated and there is no service planned at this time. A small family gathering will take place later.
The family would like to thank the staff at Arcadia Nursing Home and Transitions Hospice Care for their support and care of April in her final weeks.
