State Line, IN - Alice Joy Kelly, 82, of State Line, IN passed away at 10:25 PM on March 23, 2026 at Williamsport Nursing and Rehabilitation in Williamsport, IN.

Alice was born on November 26, 1943 in Kalkaska, MI the daughter of Clyde and Nellie (Priest) Wagenschutz. She married Kenneth Kelly on July 26, 1969 and he survives.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Kelly of State Line, IN, and one daughter, Teresa Kelly of State Line, IN.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, one infant daughter, Sandra Marie Kelly, one sister and six brothers.

Alice worked as an LPN for many years at nursing homes in the Danville area. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Danville and enjoyed spending her free time gardening, canning vegetables and crocheting items, especially baby blankets and lap throws for gifts.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at First Baptist Church Danville, Illinois, 1211 North Vermilion Street, Danville, Illinois 61832. Pastor Paul Rebert will officiate.
