Carmen Elaine Miller, 71, passed away Feb. 3, 2017 at her residence in Brazil, Ind. She was born Feb. 16, 1945 in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville, to Betty Lou Bonnette Smith and Oscar L. Dailey. She married Thomas L. Miller Aug. 23, 1983.
Carmen was preceded by her parents and one sister, Cindy Lewis. She will be deeply missed by sons, Jon Paul Nagle (Mary) of Evansville, Ind., Kevin Cottrell (Brenda) of Brazil, Ind., Keith Cottrell and Thomas L. Miller II of Clinton, Ind.; one daughter, Betty Lou Nagle of Mississippi; grandchildren, Alexas, Christopher, Tommy, Rebecca, Keith II, Jessica, Makayla, Samantha, Kylie, and Austin; also, two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Dailey of California and Patricia Watterson of Tennessee.
Carmen was raised in Catlin and graduated from Catlin High School. She enjoyed archery, euchre, and loved her dogs, Oscar and Doxie.
A celebration of Carmen's life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Westside Nazarene, 304 Vance Lane, Danville, with William Wright officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
