Wilma A. Mount, 87, passed away October 11, 2017, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Danville.
Wilma was born March 9, 1930, in Danville, Ill., the daughter of Harry Sr. and Elsie (Henk) Lambert.
Wilma married Donald Bailey and later Wayne Mount on June 30, 1978, in Danville.
Wilma graduated Danville High School and worked at G.E. until her retirement. She loved to travel to Daytona Beach, camping with Wayne at Fairmount Quarry, playing Bingo, watching the Chicago Cubs and was an animal lover. Wilma also was a member of the Danville Eagles Club for many years.
She is survived by her son, Steven (Robin) Bailey of Danville; daughters, Diane Varvel of Oakwood, Kathy (Robert) Mattingly of Oakwood, Penny Bailey-Walls of Danville; daughter-in-law, Dianne Bailey of Henning, Ill.; sister, Pat Moody of Danville; grandchildren, Charlie (Michelle) Vaarvel, Rhonda Varvel and Brian (Toya Unroe) Varvel, Lindsay Hale, Michelle (Curtis) Johnson-Orgeron, Tyler Bailey, Shay Bailey, Nikki Ping and Josh Deline; three step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; infant twin sons; sons Mike Bailey and Ray Bailey; and son-in-law, Charles Varvel.
Visitation will be 1-2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, at Sunset's Oakwood Chapel, 105 E. South Main St., Oakwood, IL 61858. Funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m. with Miles Clark officiating. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
