DANVILLE - Ralph Biscart, 97, of Danville passed away at 11:19 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016 at VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville. He was Born June 18, 1919, in Danville, the son of Alpha and Hazel Montgomery Biscart.
He was united in marriage to Louise Duquesnoy on April 2, 1939 in Dana, Ind., she preceded him in death.
He will be missed by daughter, Sandra (Ralph) Freeman; grandchildren, Michael (Gail) Curry, Kevin Kesinger, Kendra Kesinger, Scarcey (Thomas) Card, John (Lori) Bagosy; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchildren. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Sharon Curry and Kathryn Bagosy; sister, Margaret Biscart; and brother, Richard Dick Biscart.
Ralph was a proud member of First Baptist Church in Danville. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He worked for as pipe fitter for 52 years and was a member of Plumbing Local #157.
A Celebration of Ralph's life will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St., in Danville. Officiating will be Pastor Tim Collard. Burial will be held in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be from 4 - 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the funeral home.
