She was born on Feb. 5, 1940 in Litchfield, IL, the daughter of Norman Wayne & Mamie (Steward) Savage. Norma was a homemaker. She was a member of Victory Christian Church where she helped with Children's Church and with the Nursing Home Ministry. She enjoyed doing artwork by painting and coloring as well as music and played various instruments. She also enjoyed traveling, especially enjoying a cruise she had taken. She married Leon Eugene Kelso. He preceded her in death on Apr. 15, 1993. She is survived by:
3 sons, Joseph (Marilyn) Kelso of Keiser, AR
Jerald (Laura) Kelso of Murfreesboro, TN
Lee Kelso of Waxhaw, NC
1 daughter, Joyce E. Kelso of Mt. Vernon
8 grandchildren
3 step-grandchildren
6 great-grandchildren
7 step-great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and 2 grandchildren, Jessica & Brandon Kelso.

Funeral services will be held Sat., Oct. 14, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Don Tucker will officiate. Burial will be in Elm Lawn Cemetery in Litchfield. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service. The family suggests memorials to Victory Christian Center.
