DANVILLE - Michael E. Holcomb, 67, of Danville, passed away at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at his home.
Michael was born May 23, 1950, in Denver, Colo. He was the son of Ted and Ethel Maxine Wren Holcomb.
He married Pamela K. Wright on July 1, 1992, in Montrose, Colo.
He leaves behind his wife, Pam Holcomb, along with their daughter, Mindi Romo (Alfonso Romo); her two sons, Levi and Jordan Romo; along with a great-grandchild. He also leaves behind a daughter, Kandy and Woody Bagwell, along with four additional grandkids, Bailey, Brandon, Kyle and Tanner; and a great-granddaughter, Arabella Hope. He also leaves behind his brother, Jerry Holcomb, and wife, Nancy. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Rita.
Michael served in the Vietnam War and is a retired veteran. He owned a small radiator shop on Catlin Tilton Road.
Michael enjoyed the smaller things in life. He loved anything with nature and enjoyed being outdoors. There wasn't anything he couldn't fix. He was an amazing man and will be missed by many.
Funeral services: 1 p.m. Friday, February 2, at the VA Protestant Chapel in Danville with Pastor James Blue officiating. Burial in Danville National Cemetery with military rites by Danville American Legion Post 210. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the Protestant Chapel.
