I had the pleasure of getting to know Mrs. McConnell while caring for her in her last 4 months. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. I will miss her sass, sense of humor, love for her family, positive thinking, her life stories, and so many more things. She, along with her daughters were a huge inspiration to me. I would truly like to be just like her when I grow up. God bless you Mrs. McConnell. You are loved and will be missed.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Joan's death. She was a wonderful person and I won't forget her thoughtfulness and warmth. Always helping others. I hold her in my heart. With deepest sympathy.
