Donna Clay, 64, of Homer, passed away at 2:49 p.m. Saturday October 6, 2018.
Donna was born in Danville on March 19, 1954, the daughter of Alva M. and Mabel D. Jones.
Donna is survived by her husband, Daniel E. Clay Sr.; daughter, Tiffany L. (Jason) Clay Jeffers; brother, Chuck Jones; sisters, Doris Danner, Barb Pam, Maxine Collum; grandchildren, Willow Jeffers and Rhiannon Jeffers.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel Eugene Clay Jr.; nephews, Herbie Jones, Bradley Jones; great-nephews, Aden and Skyler Heins; nieces, Phyllis Fullerton, Kristi Hendricks; great-nieces, Cheri Johnson, Lauren Davis; aunt, Ethel Demoss; uncle, Gerald Demoss; brother, Richard D. Jones; and brothers-in-law Jeffrey A. Clay and Ron Manuel.
Donna graduated from Oakwood High School class of 1972. She was a devoted mother and truly loved helping others. Donna was the activity director at Danville Care and Vermilion Manor before becoming the day training tech at Crosspoint Human Services, where she worked until her passing.
In her spare time, she enjoyed volunteering, gardening, making jewelry and spending time with family. She will be deeply missed by everyone who had the opportunity to meet her.
A Celebration of life will be 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St., Danville.

Donna was a true friend we both had one thing in common we both loved fairies she would do anything for you she loved her guys at work you will be sadly missed my friend fly high with the fairies
