Chandra Lewis, 74, of McLeansboro, passed away 1:43 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at his residence.
Visitation was 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2017, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
As per his request, Mr. Lewis will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
He was born Nov. 5, 1942, in Eldorado, the son of Ed F. Lewis and Thelma (Crawford) Lewis.
He was an insurance agent at State Farm Insurance.
He is survived by his brother, Ed Lewis and wife Pauline of Eldorado; three daughters, Cleo Lewis of New York, N.Y., Charlotte Swanson of Lakewood, Colo., and Melanie Lewis of Indian Hills, Colo.; one son, Michael Lewis (Marla Mangeot) of Littleton, Colo.; and three granddaughters, Alea Swanson, Jade Swanson and Shea Swanson.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro, is in charge of arrangements.
